Retainer Assignments for the MTO (Ministry of Transportation Ontario) completed for acquisition or disposition purposes including multiple property owners for road widening purposes (amicable purchase and/or expropriation).
Highway #407 East, Durham Region Appraised over 250 properties for a four-year MTO project which included full buyouts and partial acquisitions. Properties included agricultural, industrial, commercial, residential and investment holdings and required whole takings (100% buyout) and partial interest, along with injurious affection, disturbance damages and/or cost to cure and other compensable items.
Highway #427 extension from Highway #7 to Major Mackenzie Approximately 45± properties to open the 6.6 kilometre Vaughan Enterprise Zone employment, primarily industrial lands.
Highway 401 through Milton Completed 30± partial taking appraisals for the widening of a 9 km stretch of affecting a mix of commercial, industrial and future development lands.

Water Lot Located in Lake Ontario
Antec completed an appraisal of a Water Lot Located in Lake Ontario, Niagara-On-The-Lake for the Federal Government owned by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority.
Seaway Authority Lands
- Various parcels of land for the Seaway Authority. Excess lands for possible disposition purposes scattered throughout the Niagara peninsula.
