2009 – 2014: Fee Appraiser, Puckrin and Company Inc.
- Completed appraisals on agricultural, multi-residential, industrial, commercial, investment properties, residential, as well as development land and special purpose properties.
- Appraisals completed for financing, expropriation, Power of Sale, taxation, park dedications, etc.
- Worked as part of collaboration with Antec Appraisal Group to prepare reports for the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), 407 East Project, for expropriation purposes.
2008 – 2009: Candidate Member, McLean, Simon & Associates
- Completed a broad range of ICI and residential appraisals under the supervision of a senior appraiser.
- Provided support to the senior appraiser by conducting and preparing detailed property searches.
- Researched sales and leasing information within the County of Peterborough and surrounding areas real estate market.
- Collected data for comprehensive appraisal reports for mixed use, investment, industrial, commercial, residential and special purpose properties.
